Tinicum Rear Range Lighthouse is an active Delaware River navigational light and a distinctive steel tower in Paulsboro. It is a scheduled-tour destination, not a daily walk-in museum. The borough lists third-Sunday tours from April through September and participation in the October Lighthouse Challenge; verify the next opening before visiting.

The Borough of Paulsboro's historic tour dates the first operation to December 31, 1880. Its open lattice structure is about 85 feet tall, with 112 steps leading toward the lantern. A rear range light works with other markers to help vessels align their route through a river channel.
The tower's stair climb is the main visitor experience when tours operate. It may not suit visitors who cannot manage 112 steps or who are uncomfortable with height. Check the lighthouse society's current instructions through the borough before bringing children or making a special trip.
